EASY 6 STEP RENOVATION PROCESS
1 : Meet onsite
The whole process begins with a meeting onsite to inspect, take measurements and be guided by your needs and wants for your new bathroom.
This is where you can ask questions , show us photos and pictures and be guided by our experienced advice on the best layout .
You will be shown some samples of tiles , pictures of fixtures and fittings and given addresses of our trusted suppliers showrooms for you to choose your items.
We will then go away and take all the information you have discussed with us and provide you with a written quotation within 7 Days
Your acceptance of the quotation will then be scheduled for a start date , on which step 2 will begin.
2: STRIP OUT
All floor areas leading to the bathroom will be covered with drop sheets for protection.
We will then demolish and remove all fixtures, fittings, floor coverings , wall coverings and ceilings to leave a bare shell ready for rough in.
3: ROUGH IN
Our licensed plumber will install new pipework for fixtures and drainage that will be behind walls or under floors according to our planned layout.
We will also have any carpentry works done such as floors,walls niches and hobs.
Our licensed electrician will install wiring for any new power points, lights and fans
New wall linings and floor linings, including screeding of walk in and tiled showers, will be installed to cover these works, ready for waterproofing.
4: WATER PROOFING
Classed as a major wet area, you bathroom will be entirely waterproofed to Australian Standards.
5: PAINTING AND TILING
All painting of ceilings, walls, trims and doors will happen at this stage in your choice of colours.
We will then expertly install your chosen tiles fistly to the floors and then to walls , grout them and caulk them.
6: FIT OFF
This is the final stage of the process where will will install your chosen fixtures and fittings.
Vanities, toilets, free standing baths, shaving cabinets , shower screens , taps, lights and rails
We will then clean your bathroom ready for you to use and enjoy.
